Staff, lead by Mean, was to a person, excellent. Very friendly, always greeting us, always asking what they can do for us. Breakfast was also excellent, again, with impeccable service staff and food. Rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. A quietness blanketed the property. Outside, there were friendly tuk tuk drivers, always available, but not overly aggressive, as is often the case in a tourist town. The hotel is located in a picturesque part of town, with easy walking to many restaurants and "attractions". If not walking, a tuk tuk ride most anywhere was $3 without haggling. The "sky bar" restaurant had live music Friday and Saturday nights. It, unfortunately, was lightly attended while we were there. The Happy Hour special 2 for 1 drinks were exceptionally inexpensive. Cut off the endless peanuts before you forget to have dinner. The spa had a very professional vibe and strong masseuses. Recommended!

The property itself is lovely, with comfortable rooms, well-maintained amenities, and a beautiful, lush tropical garden surrounding a peaceful pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. The hotel also has a lovely on-site restaurant, a great rooftop bar with nice river views, and a relaxing spa. Overall, a fantastic place to stay with excellent service, great facilities, and a perfect location. I’d definitely stay here again!
